Kids Yoga - For ages 6+

Shri Studios is excited to introduce a kids yoga curriculum developed by Longmont local, Monica Fitzpatick. A Mooka yoga class can help a child strength body awareness, increase focus and attention skills, remain calm, especially in moments of stress or pressure. Yoga helps your child enjoy challenges and grown in their abilities.
Topics Covered in this 4 week course:
  • Body: Yoga postures, breath, relaxation
  • Mind: Mindfulness, Growth Mindset, Meta-Cognition
  • Heart: Emotional Intelligence, Love, Gratitude
