MEET YOUR TEACHERS
Lead Teacher & Owner
Shauna is the owner of Shri Studios in Longmont and manages and teaches the Shri Yoga program at Longmont Climbing Collective.
She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching all ages and skill levels for 8 years. She was initially drawn to yoga as a supplement for her dance technique classes in NYC.
Shauna quickly realized there was more going on in her practice than the physical experience, which motivated her to learn more. The basis for her training has been in the Anusara Yoga system and has been greatly influenced by her experiences in AcroYoga and she has recently completed her Aerial Yoga Teacher Training.
What can you expect from a class with Shauna? To feel grounded and calm. Shauna expertly guides her students deep inside their own bodies and minds, where they will discover their own inner wisdom and true teacher, themselves.
Kylie has had a long term love affair (approximately 15+ years) with both yoga and weight training. She became a certified yoga instructor in 2013. Teaching yoga helped her realize her passion for creative movement and strength. Beginning a daily yoga practice alongside a weight training program helped her realize how mutually beneficial these two areas of focus can be.
Her journey led her to complete her personal training certification in 2020.
Her training and teaching style both focus on functionality, attention to detail and overall increased body awareness.

My passion and inspiration for helping other yoga teachers are contagious and I harness this to inspire other yoga teachers to overcome self-doubt and burnout. I am dedicated to assisting yoga teachers to connect with their authenticity, enabling them to become powerful leaders of transformation in their yoga communities.
I became a yoga teacher in 2006. In addition to my master’s degree in exercise physiology, I have completed over 2,000 hours of formal yoga and yoga therapy training. I use my knowledge and experience to guide yoga teachers along their yoga teacher journey, supporting them through the mental, spiritual, and physical challenges that they face.
I am the founder of the Yoga Teacher Conf, a conference that connects yoga teachers with affordable resources and a community of like-minded teachers.
I’m an extroverted optimist and I love hiking, skiing, and connecting in nature with my husband, Sean.
