Climbing Collective is currently looking for experienced routesetters to join our team.

This position is 4 days (32 hours) per week and will require setting at gyms in Longmont, Loveland and Greeley, so reliable transportation is important.

Routesetters should have experience setting in a commercial facility both setting boulders and rope routes.

  • Reliable transportation to/from work

Summer Camp Coach

LCC is hiring Summer Camp Coaches for Longmont and Loveland.
We are looking for coaches of all ages (16+), experience and background that love climbing and are excited to share that love with beginner and more advanced youth climbers.

Some of the qualifications we are looking for:

  • Some experience working with children in a coaching, teaching or mentorship capacity
  • Adequate knowledge of climbing skills and be able to articulate those skills and their importance
  • Available weekdays from 8:00 AM -1:00 PM

Lead Climbing Club Coach

Hours: 4-6 hours per week (with the possibility of more)

Position Description:

Lead coaches are responsible for the well being of their climbing group.To create and implement an approved curriculum that include aspects of technique, climbing skills, goal setting, team building and reflective exercises.

Some of the qualifications we are looking for:

  • Youth Coaching experience (either in climbing or other sports or activities)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Confidence as a leader and also open to feedback to continue to grow
  • A love of climbing and of spending time with young people ages 3-15

Assistant Climbing Club Coach

Hours: 4-6 hours per week (with the possibility of more)

Position Description:

The assistant coaches are responsible for the well being of their climbing group and supporting the lead coach in all activities and youth program curriculum. An assistant coach at LCC will support the Lead coach with executing the curriculum, engaging climbers, and reinforcing safety protocol.

Some of the qualifications we are looking for:

  • Experience with children ages 3-15
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to follow the direction of the lead coach
  • A strong desire to share your love of climbing with kids
